1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how Damas Rose Perfumes Ind L.L.C (“Damas Rose”, “we”, “us”) handles personal information when you visit https://damasrose.ae or contact us through it.

We handle personal data in line with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data and other applicable laws.

2. Information we collect

  • When you send an enquiry: your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number (optional), company or brand (optional), project type, the products you are interested in, estimated quantity, your message, your agreement to be contacted, and the page you sent it from.
  • When you contact us directly by email, phone or WhatsApp: the information you choose to share with us.
  • Technical information: to keep the website secure, our web server records standard information such as your IP address, browser type, and the date, time and pages requested. To stop spam, the enquiry form keeps a one-way coded version of your IP address for up to one hour; it cannot be turned back into your address.

We do not take payments on this website, and it is not intended for children.

3. How we use your information

  • to reply to your enquiry and to discuss, quote for and provide fragrance manufacturing, private label and related services;
  • to manage our business relationship with you;
  • to keep the website secure and prevent spam and misuse;
  • to meet our legal, accounting and regulatory obligations.

We do not sell your personal information and we do not use it for automated decision-making. We will only send you marketing messages if you have agreed to receive them, and you can opt out at any time.

We use your enquiry details on the basis of the consent you give when you submit the form and because they are needed to take the steps you ask for before any agreement with us. Security records are kept to protect the website and its visitors.

4. Cookies and similar technologies

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies, and its fonts and images are served from our own server rather than from third parties.

  • If our staff log in to the website administration area, WordPress sets essential login cookies for them.
  • If we show an announcement pop-up, your browser stores a small note (in local storage) so the same message is not shown to you again too often. It contains no personal information.

If we add analytics in the future, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent first.

5. Third-party services

  • Maps: the map on our Contact page is loaded from Google Maps only when you choose “Show map”, and “Get directions” opens Google Maps. Google’s privacy policy then applies.
  • WhatsApp and social media: links to WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok take you to those services, whose own privacy policies apply.
  • Our online shop at damasrose.shop is a separate website with its own privacy policy.
  • Service providers: our website hosting and email providers process data on our behalf so the website works and your messages reach us. Some may be located outside the UAE; where information is transferred, we take steps to keep it protected as the law requires.

6. How long we keep your information

We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to respond to you and to manage any business relationship that follows, and after that only for as long as required for legal, accounting or dispute-resolution purposes. Server security records are kept for a limited period by our hosting provider.

7. How we protect it

The website uses an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, access to enquiries is limited to authorised Damas Rose staff, the enquiry form is protected against spam and misuse, and our software is kept up to date.

8. Your rights

Subject to UAE law, you can ask us to:

  • give you access to the personal information we hold about you;
  • correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete;
  • delete your information, or restrict or stop certain uses of it;
  • provide the information you gave us in a structured, commonly used format;
  • withdraw your consent at any time (this does not affect anything we did before you withdrew it).

To make a request, email [email protected]. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on it. You also have the right to complain to the UAE Data Office.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.
